The Veterinary Dental Forum is currently scheduled to hold its 34th annual conference in Dallas, TX, October 29th – November 1st, 2020. At this stage, based on current information, the forum planning committee are continuing to work towards holding the conference as planned and will continue to evaluate all available recommendations and CDC guidelines to make ongoing decisions. If the conference were to be cancelled or rescheduled, the announcement would be provided to all exhibitors and attendees no later than two months before the conference begins (essentially mid-late August).  Therefore, we encourage those planning to attend to hold off on flight reservations and any ‘difficult to refund’ purchases until that time. All attendees and exhibitors who have pre-paid for their booths would be offered a 100% refund. The hotel block has been open since February 2020, please make sure to be aware of their cancellation policy which should be lenient.

We encourage exhibitors to register and secure their booth at this time. Attendance numbers, both with exhibitors and conference attendees may calculate into the decision to hold the meeting; therefore, it is important to see accurate projection of attendance numbers at the time of the decision this August. Sponsorship funds are due by July 1st, but would also be refunded in full soon after announcement of cancellation should that occur.
